Google seems to be everywhere these days. Old fashinoned www, email, maps, usenet and now also video. I realize this isn't exactly news anymore, but finding videos like these makes me want to mention it again. It's also very funny.
It appears Google has changed the video player from a modified version of VLC to a Flash based player. This move also means that the video is much harder to save and play back with regular video players. the only thing that worked for me on osx was to download a copy of their player, open it in a browser and pass in the downloaded video like this:
Apart from that, the streaming itself works very well, although it never ceases to amaze me to what lengths many media corporations will go to to avoid using the excellent and free Quicktime.
