...well, sort of. At Peacockmaps you can by a postersize map on paper [yes, real olskool paper made from trees!] of the whole internet as of January 1. 2001. The map is made from the data collected by Bill Cheswick and Hal Burch in their Internet Mapping Project, which is also very fascinating. The map is in no way useful for locating specific servers or sites, nor does it show the physical location of the ip's, but it does represent an interesting view of that cyberspace William Gibson foresaw.
